How many gifts do I need to order?

We can handle fulfillment of any size order from 1 - 1000.

Can I customize my gifts?

Yes! For just one or two gifts, we recommend using the Create Your Own function online or stopping by our downtown location.
For larger orders, if you would like to create something unique, you can set up a complimentary consultation by emailing us at volume@zgpc28.com

Do I need to order through the online system?

For orders of less than six gifts, it is generally the easiest method. However, if you are ordering more than 6 gifts or need additional help, don't hesitate to contact us to bypass the traditional checkout. We can send you a special invoice with a link to submit payment or complete the transaction over the phone.

How can I get started with a large order? I know what gifts I want to send.

Email us a spreadsheet with names and addresses of your recipients (a Google Sheet works great!). Please add the address, city, state and zip code into separate columns. After we carefully pack and ship each gift, we will then add a new column with the tracking information for each recipient. 
We can also send you a link to complete payment for all the gifts at once.

Will I receive tracking information for my orders?

We will email you tracking information for your orders. If for any reason you haven't received it, just get in touch.

I'd like to deliver the gifts in person. Is that possible?

Of course. We can either deliver them to your offices or if you are local to Santa Barbara, you can come pick them up.
We also offer local hand delivery and shipment nationwide.
